The Champ Hose Glide keeps air hoses off the paint booth floor, and out of the painter's way. With this tool, the hose glides easily on roller wheels, and there is no special hose required. You can use standard air hoses. Two glides are available, one for each side of the booth, and they mount easily with nuts and bolts. It comes with glide rails, connector brackets, connector bracket end caps with installed nuts and bolts, rollers, hose clamps, nuts, bolts, and washers.
The Champ Hose Glide is easy to assemble. First, connect the glide rails and the rails and brackets. Insert the rollers into one end of the glide and install the end caps. Finally, clamp the air hose hold hose to the hook. The air hose is now ready. For proper usage, it has to be connected to the incoming air-line. This hose glide prevents hose snags and tangles and increases hose life.
